Last night Ben fired up his oven and we had a BBQ with our friends. We had so much food!! Casey brought a yummy appetizer of cucumber, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomato and basil drizzled with balsamic vinegar. YUMMY!! Ben baked some bread (which I thought was delicious, he was a bit disappointed because he let it get too dark), then he skewered some tenderloin onto his "
Ben-made" skewer which he cooked in his oven. The Roberts also brought
fresh from Alaska Halibut and Salmon that Ben cooked on a plank in the oven as well. We also had sauteed zucchini, roasted potatoes, salad and a peach roll for dessert!! Man, oh man was it all good!! Can't wait until next time!!

I can't imagine cooking with that much flame and heat. Everything would turn into a crispy critter!
