Sweet sound...

Yes...that is a picture of my dishwasher.
Let me explain.

I've been hand washing our dishes for about three weeks because our dishwasher abruptly stopped working. It worked one day and not the next. The lights would turn on but it wouldn't fill with water. Ben took the dishwasher apart hoping to find something obvious as to why it wasn't working. What he was hoping to find is beyond me, but he had no luck. So a google search was his next step. He read that it could be the motor, so the next day he called around and was told that this part cost about $150 dollars and it wasn't returnable. We talked about what to do and decided not to spend the money on something that we couldn't return if it didn't fix it and then we would have to spend more money on either another part or a new washer. So my dishwasher sat without the top piece for about a week before it bugged me enough to have Ben put it back together. Well...wouldn't you know the dang thing started to work!! It's a miracle!!

Well..it sort of works, you can't open the door to add a dish because it won't stop running and water comes flying out and I have to stop it before it completely finishes the cycle, but hey...I don't have to wash every single dish now and that is a very good thing!!
